Assuming there is no strain, Nappa would probably go for the tail immediately, as he is at a fair disadvantage here. However, Nappa's body should be far more maneuverable than Vegeta's, which should give him the win.

I don't think Nappa's power level will make it to 150k where Vegeta is greater than that so he loses.

Vegeta's speed doesn't increase very much if at all in Ozaru while Kaioken multiplies speed. Thats a massive advantage

Whether or not stamina drain is included in this scenario is crucial, as if so, Nappa crushes his own body before he can hit Vegeta. Without it, he wins due to vastly superior speed.

I'm guessing there's no strain on Nappa's body in this fight, otherwise it wouldn't be one.

Nappa might be able to win this, due to being much smaller and more agile than an Oozaru Vegeta, but Nappa's not the genius fighter that Goku is, and in his situation (although a lot stronger) I'm not sure if Nappa would be able to use Vegeta's size to his advantage like Goku did.
Nonetheless, I'm gunna have to give this to Nappa, seeing how Goku fared against Oozaru Vegeta, despite the huge power difference.
