Kefla one-shots. Golden Freeza probably caught back up to the Blue Saiyans but that wouldn't make him anywhere close to SSJ2 Kefla.

SSJB Goku was trading blows with Jiren by the later half of the ToP. If Freeza caught up to Goku then he’s hardly having trouble with Kefla.

I have Golden Frieza (DBS Broly) at Goku level SSJB (Beyond Limits) Kaioken x20 (ToP).

Therefore I have a bit more powerful Golden Frieza and having an excellent resistance, it would defeat Kefla SSJ2.

Wasn't Goku using Kaioken x20? Goku was clearly much weaker than Jiren, the only reason Goku ever does well vs Jiren without UI is when he is using strategy/teamwork.

Jiren looks pretty mad after Goku almost gets a ring out and powers up, but Goku is still fighting pretty well. In fact aside from when he had Sign I don’t think he ever held his own so well. They even do the thing where they punch each other’s fists and neither of them moves.

I used to think Jiren was toying because of how he one shots Goku later, but Belmond suggests he powered up to throw that punch, saying Jiren is showing a smidgen of his true power.

The novelization states that Golden Frieza's power is enough to at least shake and damage SSJ Broly somewhat if any of Golden Frieza's attacks actually connected and SSJ Broly was implied to be the strongest mortal he ever encountered by Frieza. If Frieza's attacks can actually faze SSJ Broly without having to catch Broly by surprise, it's safe to say that his power should be greater than anything SSJ2 Kefla could accomplish.

And to piggyback off of what @GreatSaiyaman123 already mentioned, Golden Frieza is definitely stronger than the combined assaults Blue Goku and Blue Vegeta initiated on Broly given the implications of the Broly novel. With Blue Goku and Blue Vegeta's powers forcing Jiren back (who was stated to be the strongest power ever encountered as per Ep. 122) and causing him to enter a Powered Up state, Golden Frieza should be stronger than SSJ2 Kefla.

That also seems pretty consistent with the manga. SSJ Kefla is slightly above Blue Goku presumably, Goku powers up after the Tournament of Power by training, but Golden Frieza evidently pulls way ahead.
