Either Cell or Boo wins. Boo has better regeneration and stamina, but Cell has more intelligence and the ability to gain Zenkais. Overall, I'd say Boo wins.

Wouldn't really make a difference, considering they'd be oneshot material to Cell and his peers. One fighting could distract Cell whilst the others deal with the juniors. Also, if doing so, we should also allow Boo splitting into miniature versions of himself or Daimao's ability to produce eggs.
