Videl can fly, but she can't throw ki-blasts or anything, but maybe she could run away.

They'd loose, though.

Krillin tanked bullets, defeated a broken shoed Goku in a foot race, one-shotted a tiger, and held his own against Goku for a bit (judging by the dust clouds). Krillin stomps.
