Don't beat one of them if they have to fight Maul first. Out of the list, the only ones they'd probably be able to take are ANH Luke due to his lack of training and Jango Fett since he'd be hard pressed taking on two Force wielders at once. Maybe they could beat Kanaan or Ezra too, but considering the former isn't leagues below either the Grand Inquisitor or Maul, I severely doubt so.

Pretty much my thoughts. Maul took on Qui-Gon, and I don't see Kylo and Rey getting anywhere close to that.

Old Ben one-shotted Maul on Rebels. He should probably be upgraded.

Maul was likely no longer in his prime at that point, given his years in exile, his thinner physique and the unlikelihood of his legs being given proper care. Not only that, but Ben's performance was mainly due to analysing and predicting Maul's fighting style based on how he duelled with Qui-Gon. He simply invested more time in preparing properly than Maul.
This is especially likely when you consider Vader confirmed that Obi-Wan had grown weaker little more than 2 years after this, despite Obi-Wan at his peak in the Clone Wars being beaten by Maul several times. Maul's feats against Kanaan also weren't much different from the Grand Inquisitor, despite Filoni confirming the GI to be weaker than Ventress.

Clone Wars Maul > TPM Maul >> Rebels Maul

I can get behind this. I watched very little of Rebels so I didn't know how Maul had fared between that and Clone Wars, only that he had gotten mch more powerful before the series ended. Didn't consider his exile and malnourishment.
