Mace Windu is not only a senior member of the Jedi Council but one of the best lightsaber fighters in the Jedi Order.

SPEED/AGILITY
Blitzes Kar Vastor, throwing six strikes before Vastor eyes can focus
Standing toe to toe, the top of Mace's head barely came to the level of Vastor's chin, and you could have tucked Mace's whole thick-muscled upper body inside Vastor's chest with room to spare. And even hurt, lurching drunkenly, Vaster still could whip his arms in blindingly fast raking slaps at Mace's head and wounded neck. But where Vastor's speed was blinding, Mace's was invisible. Not one of those slaps connected.

Before Vastor could even focus his eyes, Mace had hit him six times: two thundering hooks to his short ribs, a knee slamming hard into the same thigh he'd hit before, an elbow snapping up to the point of his chin, and two devastating palm strikes to either hinge of his jaw.

Generates afterimages of his arms, then hits Vastor twice before he can react
Vastor's mighty arms spasmed and dropped limply to his sides. "This is called Vaapad, Kar." A fierce light burned in Mace's eyes. "How many arms do you see?"

Then he hit Vastor twice in the nose before the lor pelek could even blink.

Launches himself over a battlefield, blasting through flames too fast to get burned

The Force launched him over the rocks like a torpedo. He stayed low, blasting through flames too fast to get burned, skilling the slag beneath; kicking off from one boulder to another, he ricocheted across the pass.

Leaps five meters to a wall, then begins to jump from wall to wall whilst avoiding a storm of blasterfire
The over-unders of the two at the alley mouth now coughed, but Mace was already in motion: he Force-sprang at a slant and met the far wall five meters up, then kicked higher and across to the opposite wall, up and back again, zigzagging toward the rooftops through a storm of blasterfire. Belated grenades burst below: spit-white glop spewed across the alley, swirling the purple cloud of Nytinite anesthetic gas, but Mace was already well above their effect zone. He sailed up over the lip of the flat baked-tile roof.

Moves his hand faster than the eye can see
With a convulsive snarl, he threw his lightsaber on the ground at the Koruns feet. Faster than the eye could follow, his hand flashed out, his thumb hooking the Koruns cheek while his fingers dug in behind the hinge of the mans jaw. He yanked the Koruns face to within a centimeter of his own, and there was open raging madness in his eye

Moves faster than thought, and uses his and Depa's lightsaber to deflect a flood of blasterfire
The Force moved Maces hands faster than thought. Depas lightsaber went to his left hand, to mirror his own in his right, and together they wove a wall across the mouth of the bunker, catching and scattering a flood of blasterfire.

His blades move almost too fast to see, as he deflects blasterfire from a gunship
Their cannons belched energy and Mace threw himself into the Force, releasing all but his intention. It was no longer Mace Windu who acted: the Force acted through him. Depa's lightsaber snapped into his left hand while his own flipped into his right. The green cascade was a jungle-echo of the purple as they both met clawing chains of red.

On Sarapin, a Vaapad was a notoriously dangerous predator, powerful and rapacious. It attacked with its blindingly fast tentacles. Most had at least seven. It was not uncommon for them to have as many as twelve. The largest ever killed had twenty-one. The thing about a Vaapad was that you never knew how many tentacles it had until it was dead: they moved too fast to count. Almost too fast to see.

So did Mace's.

Energy sprayed around him, but only splatters of it grazed him here and there; the rest went back at the gunship. Though the Thunderbolt hadn't the power to penetrate their heavy armor, aTaim 8c Bak laser cannon is a whole different animal.

Ten bolts reached his blades. Two apiece went back at the dam aged ships, bursting against their armor and knocking them reeling to break their target lock. The other six hammered the cockpit of the third gunship, blasting a gaping hole in its transparisteel viewport.

Keeps pace with Darth Sidious in a duel, moving too fast for Anakin to truly see
Anakin blinked and rubbed his eyes again. Maybe he was still a bit flash-blindthe Korun Master seemed to be fading in and out of existence, half swallowed by a thickening black haze in which danced a meter-long bar of sunfire. Mace pressed back the darkness with a relentless straight-ahead march; his own blade, that distinctive amethyst blaze that had been the final sight of so many evil beings across the galaxy, made a haze of its own: an oblate sphere of purple fire within which there seemed to be dozens of swords slashing in all directions at once. The shadow he fought, that blur of speedcould that be Palpatine?

Their blades flared and flashed, crashing together with bursts of fire, weaving nets of killing energy in exchanges so fast that Anakin could not truly see them

But he could feel them in the Force.

Reacts to Sidious' lightning from only a couple of meters away
Lighting blasted the clouds above, and lightning blasted from Palpatines hands, and Mace didnt have time to comprehend what Palpatine was talking about; he had time only to slip back into Vaapad and angle his blade to catch the forking arcs of pure, dazzling hatred that clawed toward him. Because Vaapad is more than a fighting style. It is a state of mind: a channel for darkness. Power passed into him and out again without touching him. And the circuit completed itself: the lightning reflected back to its source. Palpatine staggered, snarling, but the blistering energy that loured from his hands only intensified.
