S2 - Sasuke solos
S3 - Probably Madara with high diff. He was doing well when faced with both Rinnegan Naruto & Sasuke, so half of that won't be enough to beat him. Itachi's fodder here other than for Izanami, though I doubt the most praised Uchiha that is Madara would have nothing to counter one of his clan's techniques, especially with the insight the Jubi would provide.

1. Madara stomps. Part 1 Sasuke & Itachi do not have anything that would allow them to stand up to Madara's Perfect Susanoo for long.
2. Sasuke solos. He could keep up with Juubi Madara, who is far above Edo Madara. PS + teleportation + sword strikes = GG.
3. Madara wins. Sasuke could keep up with him well, but Naruto was evidently required to overwhelm him.

Itachi can't do anything worthwhile against the aforementioned versions of Madara.
