Does this seem about right? I've started to forget the fight with Frost, so I shoved him in there.

Vados > Whis > Beerus > Champa > SSB Goku = SSB Vegeta > SSG Goku ~ Hit (full power) > Hit (suppressed) >= SSj Goku = SSj Vegeta > SSB Vegeta (10%)* > Frost (Final Form) > SSj Cabba > Magetta > Piccolo > Frost (Third Form) > Base Goku = Base Vegeta ~ Base Cabba > Frost (First Form) > Botamo

*I don't know if the 10% line is still in the manga. I've just read the fanslations.

SSJ Goku/Vegeta > Magetta. I highly doubt SSJ Cabba is weaker than Frost's assault form even if you think Vegeta was using kid gloves on Cabba in the manga. 10% SSJB Vegeta is NOT weaker than Piccolo.

Future Dabura was much stronger than SSJ1 Trunks and probably wasn't overwhemingly under Super Saiyan 2 since SSJ2 Trunks couldn't one-shot him and the Kaioshin had to paralyze Dabura to give Trunks the kill.

I'd put Hit (suppressed) >= SS Goku. SS Goku was getting worn down against him and Hit barely used any stamina.

I'd also say Trunks >~ Super-Saiyan 3 Goku, since he supposedly powered-up similarly to Goku or ~ at the very least.

I think they're equal in power, but Trunks would have better stamina since SSJ3 is a shit form.
