I think Frieza beating down Vegeta was more brutal than humiliating, or you could say it was humiliating how Vegeta was just destroyed physically and emotionally from that beatdown.

If simply talking about humiliating loss, I always found Tao killing Blue with his tongue to be a pretty disrespectful send off. Likewise, Muten Roshi beating Yamcha with a whiff of his hand.

If talking about a beatdown, Freeza VS Vegeta was the probably most humiliating one in the entire series. Vegetto VS Boo is a close second. Getting beaten up by a candy is absolutely humiliating. No wonder Boo was boiling in rage after that.
