Mr Incredible vs Hulkbuster

A dark agent for a darker agency sneaks a poison into Tony's food that makes him filled with an unnatural bloodlust and start attacking things. After his regular armours are destroyed by ordnance, he enters his Hulkbuster armour. Mr. Incredible sees the news and gets to New York City in time to face Tony Stark. Mr. Incredible has seen some clips of the Hulkbuster's weapons, but has little idea of Veronica's repairing systems.

Hulkbuster oneshots. It gets scaling from Thor destroying Sokovia, which was calced as a City level feat, whereas Mr. Incredible's best feats are Building level. Doesn't help that Iron Man suits in general are far faster too.
