2 different universes, so hard to tell skill-wise.
Bro has this in strength alone though.

Spike seems more skilled in martial arts by far, but he never really presented much impressive strength-wise. I'd still give it to Spike though, considering he's adept at turning people's strength against them in melee combat. If weapons aren't banned, it'd be an easy win for him.
