Giran cannot use his Heisenberg form. Who wins?

Murasaki wins. Not exactly sure how he ranks physically but his weapons and techniques were somewhat threatening to Goku.

Going with Giran. Murasaki is basically featless, and Giran’s got his Guru Guru Gum.

I feel like Murasaki's speed was a greater feat than Giran blocking one of Goku's (without tail) attacks.

Galu raped like 5 of Murasaki's twins at the same time, I think beyond him managing to run almost as fast as Galu for a bit he's pretty featless.

He did knock Goku out for a bit with that shrunken.

I think that's just because it's sharp. Taopaipai was significantly below Galu to the point that he could literally catch his full power Dodonpa, but when he had a sword in hand he briefly put Galu on the defensive.

Yeah but Tao could still somewhat hurt Goku so the gap wasn't that large. Giran is fodder to Goku by this point, even when they fought without his tail Goku was still shown to be far superior, to the point where he tanked Giran's off-guard attack with hardly, if any damage.

He also blocked several of Goku's attacks from the Nyoibo. If blocking one of tailless Goku's punches is Giran's best feat, Murasaki displays the same feat against post 21st Goku and has the display of speed on top of it. White also had complete faith in him despite seeing Metallic lose. Murasaki shouldn't be a pushover based on that.

I'd say Murasaki takes this with high-diff for reasons SSJ2 mentioned in the above post; though I wouldn't necessarily agree with the point of him blocking the Nyoibo with how casual Goku acted in that section, but that's on the assumption they fight somewhere Murasaki has a battlefield advantage like his room in Muscle Tower. On a levelled plain with nothing to use like the Budokai arena though, Giran ought to win due to seemingly better durability, flight and the Guruguru Gum.

He definitely wasn't close to going all out, but it didn't seem like he was pulling his punches. I can't see his held back level being weaker than his tailless self at the 21st.
