Does the out of practice housewife still got it or is the former strongest too much?

Based on scaling for their 23rd TB selves, I'd be inclined to say Chichi's still got it, but with the amount of power Gohan lost from being out of practice for 7 years, I wouldn't be certain on someone who'd been out of it for almost 2 decades would be able to retain it. Then again, her tutoring Goten in fighting could account for something.

If Roshi acts perverted though, it's Chichi's easy win via rage hax.

Depends on whether you think there's a limit in power loss from slacking off. If, say, Gohan became immortal
and slacked off for 1 billion years, would he become as weak as Farmer?
