Yes. The problem is that the Goku Black saga is full of PIS and is quite difficult to work with numbers, although I'm working on those ones as of now.

Super Hero and Broly would be appart, though.

Is this based off the anime or manga? Both have very different power scaling. In the manga the only PIS is SSJ2 Vegeta being stronger than SSJ Black, who in base I'd stronger than SSJ3 Goku.
