But yeah I tend to make mistakes when there's too many zeroes. I noticed one with the Cell Junior too.

I think true form initial Freeza's gap over base Goku is a bit too big. A 92% gap is nearly domination IMO and they fought pretty evenly until Freeza kicked Goku into the sea. I'd give only a small advantage for Freeza.
