New Goblin (Raimi) vs Iron Man (MCU)

Harry Osborn is saved after being impaled by Venom, unfortunately it is Hydra which saves him, and they hypnotize him like they did with Bucky. Tony Stark receives intel on Hydra developing weapons from Oscorp's technology in a warehouse in New York, and attacks it in one of his suits. However the hypnotized Osborn is waiting for him and has all his gadgets ready.

Who wins?

Can't stand this Goblin so I'm forced to side with Iron Man. But I also say Tony has better experience and equipment, and is way smarter than baby Osborne. Not to mention Tony has fought others with suits like his multiple times, while Harry has only battled Spidey and Sandman briefly. I think Tony would handle the fight well and exploit the weaknesses of the Goblin suit.

Tony's suit is capable of outputting more power than most of Goblin's best weaponry, with only Goblin's Glider Rockets being on par with it, so he's got the advantage in power if it's one of the earlier Iron Man suits. However, Green Goblin has superior reactions due to them being comparable to that of Spiderman's, so he may win if he figures out the flaws to the Iron Man suit.
Stark stomps if it's one of the suits after Mark 5 though.
