Pan overpowered Gero, but is weaker than him?

He got a weaker body in Hell. No absorption device. That's what I've heard recently.

I don't know about this one. Pan managed to hurt Rildo, but he was suppressed at the time, whereas GT Gohan was putting up a decent fight against General Rildo, however, Gohan didn't neglect his training and most likely became much stronger than his Z Ultimate form. I'll give it to Ultimate Gohan because he is much more skilled than Pan.

Rild is stronger than Gohan Boo right? Doesn't Pan drop Rild when he shows up? Its been so long since I've watched, I'll say Pan though.

Pan sneak attack was enough to overpowered him.

If Pan gets an anger boost during the fight, then she may be able to pull it off. If not, then I'd give Gohan the win here.

By the time of the Baby arc I'd say Pan. There was a good deal of time between M2 and the return to Earth, so she probably got even stronger.

Gohan > Pan. Besides hurting a suppressed Rildo, there isn't much feat in her favor. Plus, Gohan is more skilled and experienced.

She did, though it was due to Rild not taking her seriously. Once he did, he tanked her second attack.

Pan loses pretty badly imo. She only needs to be a fair bit stronger than SSJ Goten-Baby, who wasn't able to cause any serious damage to a supressed Gohan until he attempted to self-destruct.
