Why does Piccolo look so shocked at Raditz being considered a weakling? Piccolo himself makes Raditz look like trash.. heck, even Krillin does by this point.

In this circumstance, I don't think Piccolo would consider Raditz a weakling. Sure, he can kick his ass, but Raditz still makes up a large portion of Piccolo's power. Nappa on the other hand, can take shits that can kill Raditz.
