Piccolo loses in both scenarios. I don't see any reason to put Piccolo any stronger than Namek Base Goku.

In my opinion, Piccolo wins against 2-arms Gohan with mid difficulty. I have him stronger, a lot more skilled and experienced, even though Future Gohans seems to be equally fierce or even more fierce than Piccolo. Not so sure about 1-arm Gohan though, i think that Gohan is somewhat stronger but not enough to overcome Piccolo's experience, skills and intelligence. So, Piccolo probably wins both rounds.

Trunks who is higher than Future Gohan is only 5 in his normal state, where-as Piccolo is higher than 2nd Form Freeza who's above a million.

While I agree with your analysis, I can still see Gohan taking round 2 due to a large enough power advantage.
