1x - 1.09x = Rivals

1.1x - 1.25x = Clear advantage

1.26x - 1.5x = Complete dominance

1.51x - 1.99x = Stomp

2x - 2.49x = One-shot

2.5x - 3x = Finger-flick

What do you guys think?

Finger-flicking is the same as one-shoting, because ki sensors can concentrate their ki in the finger to one-shot the person, just like a normal-one shot. It's just more impressive.

Other than that, i'd agree with your gaps.

Based off Goku vs Recoome, and Beerus vs Whis it seems like only a 1.5x gap is needed to one shot. Stomp and clear dominance are really the same thing, in which I would say at minimal a 1.25x gap works.

Looks solid. I personally think stomp gap begins at 1.2x though, as I have Dodoria at 20,000 vs guidebook numbers.

Difference of battle power and their result in the battle:
5% - The fight can go either way.
10% - Technique can still make a difference in the fight. Goku versus Perfect Cell is a good example of this. Two lower battle powers can still beat a higher one at this degree of difference.
15% - Technique is no longer relevant. However, massive battle strategies still are. The battle is steadily becoming one sided. Two fighters fighting a higher power are no longer relevant at this difference.
20% - The battle is a one sided victory for the stronger fighter. However, it is not tanking range just yet. See Recoome versus Vegeta for an example.
25% - The stronger fighter is capable of tanking a physical attack from the weaker fighter. They will be knocked off balance, blood will be drawn, et cetera. See Vegeta SsjG2 versus Semi-Perfect Cell for an example.
30% - The stronger fighter can tank the weaker fighter to a greater degree. No blood is drawn but their head will be moved. See Goku SSj3 versus Innocent Boo for an example.
40% - The fighter has now moved into one shot range. The stronger fighter can now effectively tank the weaker fighter without hardly any movements. See Perfect Cell (Silent Power Up) versus Vegeta SsjG2 for an example.
50% - The battle is one shot range. The stronger fighter can now tank the weaker fighter and any movements are barely noticeable. See Super Android 13 versus Piccolo for an example.
60% - The stronger fighter can tank the weaker fighter and no movements or pixels can be detected. See Imperfect Cell Post versus Piccolo for an example of this.

It depends on where you are in the series. Honestly, official power levels are complete bull. Sometimes a 3x gap isn't enough to one-shot, and sometimes a 1.2x gap is.

Also, Goku's power wasn't 60,000 against Recoome, Jeice and Burter. Ginyu just said it had to be at least that much.

Hey man, I don't believe in power level gaps, but I am free to play around with new ideas.
