I disagree giran wins as far as her trying to be attractive goes the only non humans in dragonball that would work on is oolong and possibily wolfman

Ranfan's surprise punch did more damage to Namu than Giran's sucker punch did to pre-tail Goku, so she has that going for her. All other feats and statements point to Giran being superior, however, especially if his Gum technique isn't banned from this match.
