1. Going against three admirals at Marineford (music was great btw)
2. Punching celestial dragon
3. Punching Arlong
4. Punching Bellamy

From the manga's perspective I'd go 2 > 3 > 4 > 1. Luffy pretty well got owned by the Admirals and it didn't last long. Marineford was definitely more impactful in the anime.

Punching Arlong was the best because it was the first impactful Luffy punch.
