Rock Lee is from both parts and if part I loses have part II Lee fight.

Part 1 Lee only stands a chance against Chappa, and even then, he'd need all the Gates he has. Part 2 Lee can use 5 Gates, so I could see him getting past Chaozu/Yajirobe, but no further. If he were somehow able to use the 8th Gate, he'd beat them all if done so quick enough, otherwise he'd die before clearing.
