I think the fight is too short to draw such conclusions. Yamcha defeated the Saibaman pretty quickly and was ready to move onto the others. I think the only conclusion to be had here is that his Kamehameha wasn’t fully charged and was rather weak.

They should be at least stronge than Chaozu since Kami says "You have all surpassed me now". Yamcha > Kami is totally possible though since Kami said Yamcha could surpass him with "a little more training".

I'd have to make a part 1 list to see how they fit though.

I think the official gap is enough. Vegeta was still barely alive after fighting Monster Zarbon too. Granted the Saibaman was in better condition, but Yamcha was just warming up.

Yeah, I'm saying that Kami and Popo would be 30, and the rest of Z Senshi would also be below that. That's what we see at the 23rd Budokai at least. The BoZ power levels don't reflect that whatsoever.

Well this is a BoZ and beyond list so the earlier stuff doesn't matter.

I actually think it's too low, along with Goku and Piccolo.

I think Goku and Piccolo should be much higher when weighted than the numbers given here. I don't think there's enough evidence taking off the weighted gives that much of a boost.
I think it makes sense considering King Piccolo and Goku's powers during that saga should be around 240. Remember that Popo made Goku look like a fool and he said Kami was stronger than him.
To go back to the 23rd Tournament, Kami blocked a full-power punch from Piccolo who should be a bit weakened
by now.

My numbers for Goku, Piccolo and Kami are 375-380 (scouter numbers accurate to Z indicate both of them slacked off with Piccolo focusing on new attacks which was mostly the Special Beam Cannon) and 320.

It’s not really clear, but the way Goku words it sounds like he overpowered Nappa’s blast, but then Nappa tanked his.

Chapter: 226 (DBZ 32), P7.4/P8.1-4
Context: after Goku deflects Nappa's mouth blast
Vegeta: “Unbelievable!! To instantly deflect it at that short of a distance!”
Goku: “Phew. If I had taken that one head on, I’d have been in trouble!!”
Nappa: It…It can’t be!!! That was my…my best technique!!! He…He just bounced it off!!”
Goku: “He really is a tough bastard! Even though he should have been hurt a little bit by my Kamehameha!! At this rate this looks like it will take forever...”

Viz is a bit more explicit though, with Vegeta saying Goku deflected the blast and Goku flat out saying Nappa tanked the Kamehameha.

Nappa made no mention of taking an attack, nor did he have any cosmetic damage from taking a blast. Vegeta says it pretty clearly that it was deflected.

Nappa doesn’t mention anything because he’s too stunned about Goku bouncing back his blast. Meanwhile Goku is stunned by Nappa’s resilience, saying he should’ve been hurt by it. Nappa is already covered in bruises and dirt from other fights, so there’s no major cosmetic damage to be added.

Either way, Goku’s Kamehameha is clearly superior to have deflected that beam at point-blank range.

Vegeta should be far weaker post moon ball. Genki Dama being 200k is whack considering half of its power wasn't enough to kill weakened Vegeta. Which I noticed you have that at 6,000 even though it's stated that half of the Genki Dama remained.
