As the description noted, these are the manga characters since obviously Base Kefla would stomp SSG Vegeta in the anime.

Kefla >>> peak Kale, so yeah she could win.

This is SSG Vegeta and Base Kefla, though. SS1 Kefla was above peak Kale, but would Base Kefla also be?

I think so but that's just my logic. The base product of the fusion will always be the higher than what-ever its components are capable of (their highest power).

Base Vegetto wasn't stronger than PSSB Goku during the FT arc though.

Goku hadn't gone through trying CSSJ-Blue at that point though, I think had Vegetto formed after both Goku and Vegeta got that he'd definitely have been higher. Or even if Goku alone got it. After-all the fusees became higher themselves, even if it's through a new transformation/technique.

I'm pretty sure Goku had already used the form before but I'm not entirely sure.

He didn't it was something he first did in the fight against Merged Zamasu. Vegeta even said Goku had to be careful or something or he could die (because of Ki), IIRC.

I'd say via-scaling, given how low the SSJ multiplier is in Super, Kale can probably still take this.

Whilst I'd probably agree, it's worth noting Vegetto was fatigued when Zamasu made his comparison and Vegetto went SSB due to wanting to take no chances when countering Zamasu's immortality in the time he needed, so full power Base Vegetto > Fused Zamasu could still be a possibility.

Do we know for sure that the state the fusees are in affects the fused warrior? Vegetto seems physically fine as far as we can tell.

I doubt it would take that much out of him though. Why would he even do it in the first place and waste a senzu-bean? Just so he can have a grand entrance?

If his personality is anything like Gotenks, he might just do that. :troll :troll

In all srsness, it probably exhausted him a little since he needed that Senzu to go SSJB (apparently), but he probably wasn't 100% to begin with.

If that's the case, then my gawd, Gohan shouldn't even be comparable to Complete Blue tier as he matched Super Saiyan Kefla.

Which makes Krillin's line about Gohan surpassing Goku if he kept training really absurd. Gohan should be in another league from Goku. It also makes Blue Evolved a huge boost since Jiren confirmed SSBE Vegeta > Ultimate Gohan if I recall.
