SSJ Vegeta (S17) vs SBV2

Vegeta SSJ wins very easily. From the end of Arc Baby to Arc Super # 17, a minimum of 5 months passed, where Majuub is shown training. The gap between SBV2 over Majuub (Arc Baby) wasn't big. In Super Arc # 17 it is shown that Vegeta was SSJ2 near the end of the fight and in the form of him SSJ of him showed to be more powerful than Majuub (S17).
I have Base Vegeta (S17) = SBV2.

I don't disagree, but we have to assume that large gains were made for this to be the case. SSJ Vegeta seemed to be the top dog but he definitely wasn't overwhelmingly stronger than Oob, and if we assume Oob only made modest gains over the 5 months, Vegeta could be around SBV2's level in SSJ.

The truth is, I don't think Majuub's gains are that modest in those 5 months, as we saw all the progress that Oob made with normal training. Also Goku hadn't promised Majuub to train with him, while Majuub was inside Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey's body?
Perhaps Goku in those months, in part he trained with Majuub and thanks to that training, Goku in his lower forms became so powerful.
