SSj3 Goku(Anime) vs. Gotenks-Buu(60% of max power)

In the anime, SSj3 Goku and Gotenks Buu had a short fight, with Buu dominating Goku the whole fight. There's even a stance where Goku throws a ki blast in Buu, who was not even paying attention on him, and when Buu comes out of the smokescreen he is not scratched at the slightiest. And then he starts to break Goku like a ragdoll.

If Gotenks-Buu used only 60% of his power, can Goku fight him toe to toe or surpass him? Given that Gohan performed better than Goku against Gotenks-Buu, i'd say that Anime SSj3 Goku is a little stronger than SSj3 Gotenks here.

Goku must generate enough power to destroy Bootenks and also he can fight longer than Bootenks since Bootenks has only 30 mins only.

Well, this statement probably is also canon to the anime since Goku didn't scratch Buutenks skin in the anime with his ki blast.

Boo even got pierced with bullets when he didn't bother guarding. Doesn't make pieces of lead shot out of a primitive firearm stronger than the numerous ki blasts and attacks that Boo has managed to tank.

Furthermore, Boo's statement is more of a general "You ain't shit to me no matter what you do" kind of statement. You may as well be arguing Vegeta was any match for Kid Boo because he blew him to pieces.
