Goku oneshots in my opinion. I don't have Gotenks' SSJ multiplier being any different to that of GT characters, seeing as how in relation to the plot, nothing implies it needs to be that high, especially when pre-Rosat, SSJ Gotenks > SS3 Goku >> Base Gotenks >> SS2 Goku. You'd have to give SS3 a godly bloated amplification if you were keeping Gotenks' SSJ multiplier as 50x.

It's a bit uncertain since Gotenks never actually got a chance to prove himself. Plus there's the Daizenshuu tidbits about him not surpassing Vegeta until after he trained in the Room of Spirit and Time, and only naming his Super Saiyan 3 as being able to "fight evenly with Majin Boo." So I tend to think that Gotenks was still somewhat of a "work in progress" before his RoSaT session and wasn't' quite up to the task of taking on Majin Boo just yet, and in my own lists I tend to pull him back a bit for my own purposes lol.

But if that ain't your cup o' tea, then whatever. Fat Boo strikes me as being closer to the Super Saiyan 2s than he was to Super Saiyan 3 Goku anyway. You've got the thing with the meter indicating that he was about twice as powerful as SSj2 Gohan, who in turn is a noticeable chunk weaker now than SSj2 Goku and Vegeta are. So Gotenks, to match or potentially beat Fat Boo, would only need be around twice as strong as the adults as well, which isn't all that outrageous, and is still way below SSj3 Goku lol.

Personally I have Fat Boo halfway in-between the SS2s and SS3 Goku, because when Fat Boo got serious, he gave Vegeta a new butthole, but he also couldn't give SS3 Goku any real damage if I'm remembering correctly. And for Gotenks, I just nestle him between Fat Boo and SS3 Goku, because it's true, he didn't really get to prove himself before he went in the rosat, but I have faith in Goku's judgement that he could beat the fatty, but I'm pretty sure that line with Goku saying Gotenks would be stronger than him, was just to coax Boo to stop killing and destroying for a while, but that's just how I saw it.
