We have nothing to say regarding EoGT Goku's strength, though if assuming he absorbed the Dragon Balls rather than them acting as a key to him entering Shenron's realm, he ought to already equal Super Yi Xing Long. Add in a century of training and he'd likely take this, in that case. It could also be theorised that the divine training he received could be equated as a parallel to him achieving Super Saiyan God, in which case he'd take this easily by default.
Still, every single thing I said is a mass of assumption, as our own imagination is all we have to go off Goku's power at that point. For all we know, he may not have even surpassed Super Yi Xing Long.
