It's both Androids at the same time though.
And Vegeta + Pre-Piccolo, Trunks and Goku would be an absolute beast and probably a small curbstomp above Kamiccolo. I don't think 40% Cell would win "easily" against him.

I don't think they could even together. Everyone of the Saiyans are clearly above Piccolo and some people think a 2x boost was all there was for his Kami boost, so he'd end-up way more than 2x as powerful as Piccolo (post-Kami).

Now that I think about it, I guess Cell might have trouble. I usually go by the idea though that Cell is multi-fold Piccolo considering what he did, so at-least around 3x higher.

Trunks - 900
Goku - 960
Vegeta - 1,000
Android #18 - 1,400
Android #17 - 1,600
Vegeta (boosted) - 3,660

Wow, Vegeta might be able to beat even full power Cell (post humans), whom I have at 3,200.

If that's pre-Kami Piccolo, it still wouldn't be enough. He'd beat 18 pretty easily, but I have 17 far higher above 18 than most people, and all of Vegeta's power wouldn't be enough. If this is post-Kami Piccolo, he one-shots 18 and has a very short fight with 17. He still couldn't beat 16, though.
