Who wins this one? Goku is BL and Cell is In Character. BFR is not allowed

I think Cell would win without much trouble, although he might get done in if he gets too cocky and Goku takes full advantage of it.

I have this Goku pretty close to MSSj Gohan and I use x2 for Super Saiyan 2 so Goku would put up a he'll of a fight. It would be close for me, with Cell ultimately winning.

Cell 80% = 144

SSJ2 Goku = 140

Cell is a bit stronger. Goku is a good fighter but I think the slight power advantage and regen would give Cell the win.

Cell should win. I have Goku on par with FP Perfect Cell who should be a bit weaker than this.
