I pretty much made it a better version of Dragonite with a special punch even stronger than Alakazam. It's not too fast but it can outspeed mega Charizard by a bit. Also gave it normal typing for hyper beam stab (neutron blast attack).

If you don't know about base stats just search up base stats for a pokemon you want to compare the monster to.

I think it'd do well with life orb. It's versatile so being locked in will kind of screw it over. I don't think AV will be good because the only often used special move that will hurt it is hyper voice by Gardevior or the other annoying pixiliate brat fox. I don't think it's worth it just for those two.
