Super Mightiest Warrior Gohan vs. Hakaishin Beerus and Whis

The Daizenshuu 2 states that Mightiest Warrior Gohan(Ultimate Gohan, in case you don't know) can transform into Super Saiyan and presumably into Super Saiyan 2 too, but only his base was already far stronger than Gotenks. Now, the official boost for Super Saiyan is 50x.

In Super, we have Super Vegeta 2(Rage Boost) matching 10% Beerus, and the own Hakaishin stated that he had more fun with Vegeta than Goku. However, Vegeta shouldn't be much stronger than Goku, otherwise i think that Beerus would've stated that.

Ultimate Gohan is only a little weaker than SSj3 Goku in Dragon Ball Super. Let's have these ratios for now:

Goku - 7% of Beerus
Gohan - 5% of Beerus
Vegeta - 9% of Beerus

They are the strongest warriors in Earth. Now, if Gohan transformed into a Super Saiyan, with him being only a little weaker than Goku, would the Mightiest Warrior be capable of matching a teamwork of Beerus and Whis?

In order to defeat Majin Buu, he had his dormant power drawn out by the Elder Kaioshin. Even without becoming a Super Saiyan, he has power surpassing Gotenks.

The quote implies that Gohan can transform.

And that is because he doesn't have majin boost. If he had, he would be so motherfuckely powerful that the universe would be destroyed just by him powering up once. Seriously, Gohan's potential doubles each second most likely.
