Even FP Perfect Cell most likely takes this. Based on his little scuffle with SSJ Kid Gohan It doesn't seem like he could 1-shot him.

I have Full Power Perfect Cell and Bojack around the same strength, so Cell would probably win due to techniques and skill. However, if he doesn't finish off the henchmen quickly, they could catch him with the strings, and then Bojack would probably win.

I dont think Bojack is FP Perfect Cell level, otherwise Gohan wouldn't have blocked that ki blast so easily.

I think they could wreck Full Power Perfect Cell. What's her name, the minion who can grab her opponents in the cat's cradle? Her special ability was enough to hold MSSJ Gohan, so I would assume it can do the same to Cell. If she could do this while Bojack went all out, Cell stands to be defeated.
