This is a thought that has been going on in my head for the longest. What if Cell and Omega Shenron PL was equal? Who would take the W and who will take the L?

Omega Shenron probably wins this due to his hax abilities or with Negative Karma ball.

It's implied through his feats that Yi Xing Long can't sense Ki, thus putting him at a severe disadvantage against tactical opponents. I'd probably give it to Cell based on this, since the only move that Yi has to put him down for good is San Xing Long's ice attacks.
