Super, Toonami, and the possible Neo Anime Boom

Member back in late 90's through the mid 2000's where anime exploded in popularity in the west? Yeah, Toonami was definitely one of the frontrunners in that area as it brought us many classic anime shows such as Sailor Moon, Gundam, and of course... Dragon Ball (it's flagship series).

I was wondering if Super can help usher a new era of anime especially considering it's already doing so well on the revived Toonami block?

Not sure, if I here people talking about all the series I'll drink the kool-aid.

Other than showing gateway series for kids, most likely not. The internet is a far more powerful and varied tool for reviving and expanding such a community, especially when Toonami is now exclusive to America, making the possibility of it being a gateway like it was over a decade ago being highly reduced from an international perspective.
