No flaming please... I'm just testing but anyways... who is the strongest without any ki-based techniques but are obviously stronger than normal people?

Just think if they fought at the 23rd Budokai prelims so it'd be one hell of a fight right off the gates...

I think Yajirobe would certainly have the advantage on raw physical power but Chi-Chi being faster and more skilled... so I see it going either way.

Yajirobe. There's no solid indication of either of the two being more powerful in the 23rd Budokai arc, but the fact that he was summoned to train with Kami for the Saiyans (despite never really training in his free time) shows to me that it's more likely he's the more powerful of the two.

I had a Chi Chi being a little stronger, but the argument of Kenshi is good. Yajirobe was chosen to train with Kami and Chi Chi was not. But maybe can be due to the fact that Yajiobe have more potential than Chi Chi. I had something like this:

23rd Budokai

Chaozu 800

Yajirobe 840

Chi Chi 900

I'd personally say Chichi takes this quite easily. Whilst the sweating feat isn't consistent, it suggests a lot more than what Yajirobe's capable of to say the least, plus the anime supports her being of fair relevance. As for Yajirobe being summoned instead of her, I take it as being more to do with Chichi losing her fighting desires after becoming a wife and mother, plus Yajirobe's connection with Karin made him a more likely candidate in Kami's eyes.
