Tapion's Manga Power Levels List(Freeza and Cell Saga)

Well, this is my second power level list in this website and is also my manga-only list. So yes, in this one i'm not taking in account what is said in Super . I think that i'll make a list that is based on what Super says and implies later, but this one is manga-only.

Note: So, the power levels will be bloated, but not unnecessarily bloated.

Multipliers
~ Super Saiyan - 50x base
~ Super Saiyan Grade 2(Ascended) - 100x base
~ Super Saiyan Grade 3(Ultra) - 150x base
~ Full-Power Super Saiyan - 50x base with full mastery and control
~ Super Saiyan 2 - 200x base

~ "Super" Namekian - 6.33x base(first merger)
~ "Super" Namekian 2 - 2x base(second merger)

Super Namekian is an official and canon term for Fused Namekians. Super Namekian 2, however, is just a representative name.

Freeza Saga
The Battle with the Ruler of the Galaxy

Goku

Goku was able to fight evenly with Initial True Form Freeza, but even so, his x20 Kamehameha was easily bounced back by 50% Freeza.

Vegeta was capable of grappling evenly with Freeza, so they are rivals at least. After his zenkai, he is totally wrecked and destroyed by Initial True Form Freeza. However, in order to feel confident, he should be considerably ahead of 3rd Form Freeza.

In his second form, Freeza powered up thrice. The first power up was the one that gave birth to his second form, with over one million. The second power up was against Gohan, and the third one was against Piccolo. Before powering up completely, he says that he didn't take Piccolo seriously when he first looked at him and is "sorry", so we can safely assume that 2nd Form Freeza(final power up) was considerably ahead of his second power up. His third form was capable of wrecking Piccolo completely, in both speed and power so 3 millions is a good ammount of power. That's a 1.66x gap between Piccolo and 3rd Freeza. But in his true form, his initial battle power was so much higher than his previous 3rd form level that Piccolo stated that even if Freeza looked smaller and far less scary, his 3rd form would be considered very cute compared to his new power. Don't judge a book by its cover.

His initial Super Namekian level is at least one million, considering that he was able to fight Second Power Up Freeza toe to toe. His unweighted form should be on par, if not a little stronger than Full Power 2nd Form Freeza.

Why does Goku get a Zenkai on Yardrat?

a) There is no reason to make a distinction between the 20x Kamehameha and the 20x Kaio-Ken, they're the same thing.
b) 1rst Form Freeza was nonchalant and fine, but Vegeta had a hard time standing up.

Why does Goku get a Zenkai on Yardrat?

He was almost dead when he reached Yardrat so a Zenkai is reasonable.

It looked like Goku got a Zenkai in his Saiyan God form. Beerus gave up looking for the Saiyan God and decided to finish Goku off. He healed himself for some unexplained reason -because that is just what Goku does, and came back stronger than ever. Surely, that was a Zenkai.

Minute: 21-22
Context: After Goku takes out Beerus’ energy balls with a Kamehameha, Beerus stabs Goku through the chest
Beerus: “Sorry, I’ve got the wrong man. Seems you weren’t the one I was searching for after all.”
Significance: In other words, Beerus has been looking for a worthy opponent, and now he’s saying Goku apparently doesn’t fit the bill.

Minute: 26
Context: Goku narrates the Next Episode Preview.
Goku: "Hey, what's that technique? Has Beerus-sama been hiding his power again? But I'm a bit different than before too. I ain't gonna lose! Let's keep on fightin'!

Goku gets stabbed through the chest and miraculously heals himself after his life flashes before his eyes. He comes back even stronger than before. This occurred during Episode 12.

I know you disagree, but since that didn't happen in BoG, I'll personally disregard it. I see why you'd use that though.

In the manga there were nearer death situations that didn't result in zenkais, like Vegeta vs 18, Vegeta vs Cell, etc.

Why it is bloated? It is implied that they're making solid gains each saga.

Akira Toriyama's suggestion that Base Sayans are inferior to Organic Freeza heavily implies that gaps are not as large or as bloated as most of the population originally believed.
