In the Super manga, Vegeta stated he could reach Satan City/Herculopolis from Capsule Corporation (located in West City) in five seconds. We know he was talking about his Base speed since we saw him arrive there in Base. This is a map of the Dragon Ball Earth from Daizenshuu 4:

Notice how far West City (West Capitol on there) is from Satan City. According to Daizenshuu 7's Geographical Dictionary, Goku's house is over 620 miles (1,000+ kilometers) from Satan City, which is backed up by Gohan stating in the manga that his house was at least 1,000km from Orange High, and it's not that far south relatively speaking. That put Base Gohan at the start of the Boo arc traveling at 1,863 miles per hour (2,998 kilometers). I'm not doing any super accurate measurement here, so it looks like the distance between West City and Satan City is at least 4x the distance between Goku's house and Satan City, so about 2,485 miles (4,000 kilometers).

Vegeta can travel that distance in 5 seconds flat. That's 1,789,200 miles per hour (2,879,439 kilometers). That's mach 2,352.

What do this mean?! Is Vegeta 960x stronger than Boo arc Gohan at this time, Base-to-Base? Is speed not the best gauge for this comparison? FIND OUT NEXT TIME ON DRAGON BALL Z...

Well since Gotenks is able to circle the earth 8 times in 30 mins and Vegeta surpassed that clown a long time ago so why not?

That said, it probably isn't the best feat to use, given the implications from their feats in the U6 Arc suggest Goku and Vegeta's base states aren't hundreds of times below SSB and scaling from the ToP places them at bare minimum not far off from Boo Arc Ultimate Gohan.
