Yep getting back into power level debates after months of inactivity mainly due to work, but I'm starting from the beginning with the first two arcs of Dragon Ball.

Ranfan should be a lot higher considering her damaging an off-guard Namu and making him scream was comparable to Giran's sucker punch against Goku. She should at least be on the same tier as 21st TB Yamcha.

I don't see Yamcha referring to Bacterian as having monstrous strength as outright placing him on a different tier, seeing as how such statements don't necessarily place character A as vastly above character B if at all (eg. Goku saying that Reacoom, Butta and Jheese had incredible Ki).

Max Power/Buff Manly GAINZ Roshi ought to be added above Oozaru Goku, or maybe on his own tier above.

Other than that, got no complaints about the ranking.

Goku weaker than Nam without tail? That seems very doubtful. Bacterian should not be higher than Yamcha. Krillin should not be in the same tier as Goku or Nam. Ranfan made it to the quarter finals, she's way too low.
