The gap between Freeza and SSj Goku

What do you have it as? Do you think it is the 80% gap the Daiz supports? I personally have it at a 96% gap.

I've always felt it's pretty large. Furiza can't really do anything to goku, and barely even lands any offense before he starts to lose power.
