Freeza'd one-shot regular Vegetto or even Kaio-Ken x20 Vegetto. With Super-Saiyan he'd win though, since Super-Saiyan > Freeza.

Vegetto probably wins in his base form. In my opinion, the Potara Boost is ridiculously haxxed. I scale it to be somewhere around 2,000 fold if we still use the x50 boost for SSj after fusion.

If we're going by the manga, Vegetto would be a little stronger than base Goku. If he still has all his transformations he takes this one easy, but if he doesn't he's in for some pain.

Anime Vegetto would be just above 50% Frieza at his base, so he could easily win even if he only has the Kaio-Ken. If he has all his transformations he's just a hair below Vegeta after his first time in the ROSAT, so I think we all know how that would turn out.
