If you go with 4x multiplier for SSJ, he doesn't have to be low. I think 4x makes great
sense after Freeza Saga:
-SSJ Teen Alternate Trunks vs Base Gohan
-Base Goku's punch twisting Gero's head
-Base Saiyans>Piccolo
-Base Goku vs Yakon and 3000/800 kili ratio
-Base Gotenks>=SSJ2s and SSJ Gotenks>=SSJ3 Goku

Except that the Base kids are on #18's level and aren't several times weaker than their fathers, unless you're going to push the idea the costume really made them dozens of times weaker. Pretty much impossible to fit that into a 4x multiplier.

...Unless you bring in Super logic and say #18 got gains similar to Park Ranger #17 from doing chores as a housewife.

I would definitely go with Boo 18 >> Cell 18 if wasn't by the fact that this means 18 >> Post Rosat Piccolo, what is weird as fuck.

For now i just think the kids got a higher boost from SSJ.

This fight was written for entertainment purposes only. AT had no idea, at that moment, where Base Saiyans stood and he did not
bother trying to estimate it. You can argue that Eighteen was holding back or that the kids were restrained or that Eighteen had trained.
All in all, don't try to make something out of that fight.
