What do fish pokemon do outside of water? Can Surf create a water environment?

In the games you can use them in the grass or desert. In the anime could they do this? They should faint.


Do they come with water?

Does Surf create a temporary aquatic environment for them to breathe and swim in? What does Surf look like in the anime?

As someone in their 40's you should help a mentally handicapped kid who is in their 20's not bully them. You're probably twice my age or more so you should be kind and act as my mentor or teacher in life instead of destroying my life with your evil. The older generation should lead the younger one.
