Maybe it's an option and with that have:

Vegeta SSJB (Start ToP) = Goku SSJB (Post Kale) = Toppo > Hit (Improved vs. Dyspo) > Dyspo (Speed) > Hit (Start ToP) > Goku SSJB (Fill vs. Hit) = Hit (Fill)?

At least anime-wise, it seems that Goku and Vegeta got continually stronger the more the ToP went on.

Even going off anime logic I don't think that would be enough for Goku to get a zenkai. Hit being weaker than SSJB Goku isn't a big deal since I believe the ToP took place at least some time after their filler fight and Hit likely didn't improve any since then.

And how did Goku get stronger if he didn't training?

I think he may have done a bit of training after the Zen exhibition. He was seen having a brief sparring match with Whis before recruiting Freeza.

I believe he got progressively stronger. Berserker Kale was presented as a huge threat to Blue tier fighters including Hit and Toppo and Jiren effortlessly obliterated her in a single blow. The narrator even comments on this feat meaning that it's one the writers want us to take seriously. However, when Goku finally confronts Jiren in Episode 109, Jiren flexes his power and Belmod talks about Jiren needing to display "overwhelming power" against Goku and Marcarita, Belmod's angel, is unsure about Jiren beating Goku despite displaying "overwhelming power" which would naturally be a power that is far greater than the one he used on Kale. It does stand to reason that Goku improved significantly during the tournament.

How I see it:

SSJB Goku (vs. Jiren) > SSJB Vegeta (vs. Toppo) ~ Toppo > SSJB Goku (vs. Kale) ~ Hit (Improved) > Dyspo > Hit (vs. Goku) ~ SSJB Goku (vs. Hit). Goku is presented as the strongest fighter when he battles Jiren. Belmod believes Jiren defeating Goku would be enough to demoralize the other universes.

I don't think Hit improved during his battle with Dyspo. He merely adapted to his fighting style. Once you learn his fighting style, he could potentially be the weakest in the chain given how Frieza was handling Dyspo. That's a bit shaky though.

Could it be that in the confrontation between Ribrianne vs Goku between chapters 108 and 109, that Goku got stronger?

At first he seems to be overpowered by Brianne and later manages to surpass his Super Ribrianne Form. Goku used his SSJB form to dodge Super Ribrianne's Love attack.

Goku immediately faced off against the Almighty Jiren.

Maybe, specially since Vegeta fights her as a SSJ at first, but I can also see Goku just being suppressed.

Hit couldn’t even see Dyspo at first and though he was using time skip too. That’s a pretty big gap. Learning Dyspo’s fighting style probably helps a lot (see how Freeza fares in comparison), but he needed to improve himself to catch him.

I think SSJ Vegeta didn't fight Ribrianne seriously, he just disgusted touching her.

In Chapter 109 Ribrianne is shown crushing Goku Base and it seems that at that moment Goku increased his power, to the level that he easily hit Ribrianne.

Clearly Goku was much more powerful against Ribrianne in Chapter 109 than previous chapters when he faced off against his Roas.

I think Goku SSJB (Vs Jiren) is = Vegeta SSJB (Star of ToP) = Toppo. Goku was declared number 1 because Marcarita knew that Goku had SSJB Kaioken.

The context was place on Goku's Blue power. Jiren doesn't even take Goku seriously until he uses Blue. It's at that point that they are shown spiraling around the battlefield and everyone is in complete awe. Blue Goku vs. Jiren (overwhelming power) was shown to be the greatest fight up until that point.

So at the end of the fight between Ribrianne and Goku, the latter had a Power Up?

Or he gradually powered up throughout the entire tournament like after his battle with Kale, Dyspo/Kunshe, the Pride Troopers, Ribrianne and her posse, etc.

Maybe that's the explanation why Goku SSJB (Vs Dyspo) >= Hit (Start ToP) > Goku SSJB (Start ToP) = Goku SSJB (Fill against Hit) = Hit (Fill against Goku)?

I think Goku only got stronger after fighting opponents that really pushed him. He had no trouble with the Pride Troopers or Ribrianne whatsoever, so I don’t think they count.

I think Goku powered up after fighting Jiren (in all their fights), Caulifla and Kefla. Maybe after fighting Kale too.

I think Goku had the following power ups:

Sometime before the fight against Dyspo.

When starting his fight against Jiren.

At the end against Jiren.

I think Goku didn't get stronger fighting Caulifla and Kale, he just got better as he fought, but clearly Goku was much stronger than the first time he had faced Kale and Caulifla.

Kale and Caulifla were aware of the power of Goku SSJ2 against Jiren?

Kuririn says they were getting stronger though.

I think Caulifla was getting stronger in that match while Goku was recovering. When Goku and Kefla faced each other, they both greatly increased their power.
