What if SSjin3 Goku(Ki Gathered) > SSjin3 Goku(vs. Kid Boo) = SSjin3 Goku(vs. Fat Boo)

Is this possible? I think it works just fine.

Why wouldn't he be at full power right away? He makes a point that he was trying to look cool and ended up drawing the fight out - hence why he was low energy. There is no suppressed SSJ3 Goku, no stronger SSJ3 Goku. SSJ3 Goku is SSJ3 Goku. Fuck.

Yep, i'm aware of the fact his ki dropped because he showed off, i'm just trying to see if this interpretation works as well.

I always saw Goku gathering all of the Chi to be a situation that resembled the Raditz battle.

Basically, Goku was only equal to Kid Boo, but all of his Chi would be destructive enough to wipe Kid Boo out without a trace.

So I can agree with that interpretation.

Right now, i have my doubts about whether or not Goku was using his full power against Fat Boo, but i think he was using his FP.
What puzzles me is this statement by Piccolo: “Goku…There’s something I want to ask you while I’ve got the chance…[ ] …That Super Saiyan 3 thing earlier…if you had gone all-out, wouldn’t you have been able to defeat Majin Boo?

The underlined part is a bit confusing. There are two options;

Option A - Goku was using his full power but was not trying to kill Boo, which is why Piccolo says "if you had gone all-out'
Option B - Goku wasn't using his full power against Fat Boo.

I go with Option A.

It is also possible that Goku has two full-powers;
A; His normally accessible full-power, which is what he uses against both Kid\Fat Boo
B; The power he receives when he gathers ki for 1 minute, which is what he was planning to use against Kid Boo.

I think this is plausible.

You don't need to suppress yourself in order to not go for the kill. Going with Option A.

Option A makes the most sense to me. Goku said he wasn't used to the Super Saiyan 3 form, so I doubt he was suppressed. Piccolo knew Goku held-back by the way he was fighting. Someone fighting to finish the opposition wouldn't have been as hesitant as Goku appeared to be in battle. Piccolo asking him why he didn't he try to finish Boo also seems different than saying he wasn't at full-power, though I guess you could also say that's possible.

Goku said Trunks wasn't coming at him with all he had after blocking his sword, but that doesn't have to mean he wasn't at full-power. The way I see it, he just didn't use all of his effort.

I said, a long time ago, that the ''one minute'' theory explains Goku's implied superiority
over Gohan/Gotenks at the new material without contradicting the statement in Super
Buu's body; Goku knew he wouldn't have one minute against Super Buu. That's why it's
the best compromising solution.

There's also an option that Goku can't use his SSjin3 full power in the living world where time exist.

I know this theory. There was a wonderful video on youtube, but i can't find it anymore. It's probably removed.

I just made it up but I'm not the first one who came up with it.

Besides the fact the manga claims Kid Bu (and Goku) are stronger than their previous forms

1. There is nothing saying Goku can't supress his power
2. There is no point in Goku saying he needs to use max power against Buu
3. No reason for him to power up to attack Buu

Also, Piccolo statement is CLEARLY about Goku's battle power. If he was talking effort, it would have nothing to do with Goku's stamina - I pointed this out to you before on the ptber forum.
