In Salagir's DB Multiverse, Vegetto decides to marry Bulma, because both of his parts
(Goku and Vegeta) like Bulma, whereas Chichi is only liked by Goku. Chichi accepts the
situation.

Chichi had already gone 7 years without her husband believing him gone for good, so her accepting this seems reasonable. It'd probably be a relief in the fact her father's fortune wasn't getten burnt through as quickly as with Galu eating outrageous amounts of food.

Then again, maybe she'll request to Potara fuse with Bulma, with their child with Vegetto being the plot device prodigy to end all others.
