Pseudo Kaioken is probably 2x, 3-4x at most considering Goku could not even properly use it without severely damaging himself to the point that it does more harm than good.

SSJBE is a bit higher than that, so 2.5-5x I guess.

Anime-wise they're both 20x.

I like to follow @GreatSaiyaman123 theory of having the SSJBE with the same Multiplier, both in the Manga and Anime.

After all, Vegeta SSJBE was confident in defeating a version of Jiren who too easily defeated Goku PSSJB Pseudo Kaioken and the network suggests that:

Goku PSSJB Pseudo Kaioken >> Gohan = Kefla SSJ >= Jiren (Suppressed against Hit) >>> Jiren (Initial) >> Goku PSSJB combined power + Hit.

There's really no rhyme or reason for Pseudo Kaioken Blue, so basing Blue Evolved on it is kind of silly to me.
