What tier is FP Perfect Cell in?

If we're using the Cell/Boo arcs as reference, do you think Cell is in the low SSJ2 tier or the highest of SSJ tier?

I think in the low SSJ2 tier. It's really surprising how relevant Cell still is in the Boo Saga power wise.

Going with SSJ2 tier since I think Gohan was a SSJ2 against Dabra. Dabra is probably stronger than Cell, but they’re in the same tier and SSJ2 Teen Gohan is on their tier too.

Yeah, I think he's definitely SSJ2 tier. The reaction to his power up says it all really. He was clearly miles ahead of SSJ Gohan.

The Cell after the explosion just broke into Ss2 tier while the previous Cell was at the top of SS tier.

Its hard to say since he honestly fits perfectly in between the two but if i had to say one i would say highest ssj tier and enters ssj2 tier as spc

But Vegeta doesn't know how he compares to Gohan after he trained while Gohan slacked for 7 years. If he has surpassed Kid Gohan, then he should have no doubts about surpassing Teen Gohan.

FP Cell was slightly below SSJ 2 Tier, so I have him at pretty much the best of the SSJ 1s. Now SPC was pretty much equal to SSJ 2 Gohan until the rage boost.
