What was Ginyu's power level here?

The way his aura looks, it looks like Ginyu was powering up to his full power here. Yet, Goku, who we know is at 90,000 because of the Kaioken, still manages to trade blows with Ginyu at this point. In fact, Goku hadn't even used his full power at that point, because Ginyu states that Goku at this point is less than 85,000, and is still hiding power.

Ginyu: “You’re hiding even greater power! Did you really think that I wouldn’t notice…?! You were probably intending to preserve your power in preparation for fighting Lord Freeza, but don’t you underestimate me! I’m excited about having an entertaining fight for a change! So don’t do anything stupid!”

Context: after Goku tells Ginyu to watch his scouter
Ginyu: "Kukkukku... I don't have to look at my scouter. You should most likely be able to raise it up to 85,000."

So...

Captain Ginyu (full power) >> Goku (full power) > 85,000 > Ginyu (powered up) > Goku (powered up) > Ginyu (initial) ~ Goku (vs. Ginyus) > 60,000

So what level was Goku and Ginyu using after he powered up?

Doesn't Goku just outrun that blast? It's kind of hard to determine what his PL would be since since Goku @ 90,000 could fly faster than Ginyu @ 120,000.

Goku could be at 75,000 and that blast could be 95,000

I think he did powa up. Ginyu flairs his aura up when firing that blast directly after saying he could change his power, and Goku was able to keep up with him about as easily as he could pre-power-up. Goku doesn't need an aura to power up until he's full power, so it doesn't have to be a visual power up, but yeah. Not sure what # I'd give him.

I think:

Goku vs Ginyus expected: 60,000
-Actual: 65,000
-faster than ginyu: 77,000

Ginyu: 65,000
-aura: 75,000

@General Dildo Do you really think Goku was > Ginyu at that point? When Ginyu grabbed a hold of him, Goku immediately realized that he needed the Kaio ken to break free. Unless you think Ginyu powered up when he grabbed Goku.

Thinking about it, it's possible that Goku could sense that Ginyu was still holding back a lot of strength, and that's what he was basing that statement off of. After all, Ginyu could tell that Goku had been withholding his full power. Other than that, even after the power up the two were still pretty equal, with perhaps a minute advantage towards Ginyu.

It's like how Kuririn was able to tell that Perfect Cell was a monster, despite the fact that he was putting out less ki than Grade 2 Vegeta. Plus, Ginyu, who is a non ki sensor, was able to make a reasonably close estimation of Goku's full power, and only failed to predict the Kaio ken. It's not hard to believe that Goku could sense Ginyu's full power of 120k when Ginyu grabbed a hold of him, and so he knew that he had to use the Kaio ken.

Going by the scouter numbers:

Goku 65,000
Ginyu 66,000
Goku (powered up) 73,000
Ginyu (powered up) 75,000
Goku's reserve 85,000

That, however, makes the gaps too tight. Ginyu thought Goku was hiding power to fight Freeza and that he should put forth said power against him. The reserves should be considerable imo.

Going with ~ the implied gaps:

Goku 100
Ginyu 105
Goku (powered up) 120
Ginyu (powered up) 125
Goku's reserve 160

It actually could be even bigger, that's taking a minimalistic approach.

@General Dildo I guess he's just very experienced He's capable of controlling his battle power, so it's likely he can just tell when someone is holding back.
